As a fitness professional, Anita’s passion lies in educating others about how they can improve their quality of life through fitness. Her program designs are tailored to the needs and goals of each individual client, and focus on fitness at a functional level. She employs her skills in designing fun, creative, and energy-producing workout programs for her clients.
Anita is a graduate of the Certified Personal Trainer program at the Lorain County Community College and is certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
In her athletic endeavors, Anita has trained for and competed in the 2008 Cleveland Half-Marathon, the 2005 Columbus Marathon, many 5K races, and charity walking events.
The Tone Zone is conveniently located within The Kneaded Touch, providing an environment for whole-body care.
